0145 (8): Several gaps in outdoor fencing with gaps wider than 3.5 inches. 0145(9): Gate near out shed and gate that leads to school have gaps wider than 3.5 inches where the post meets the barrier/fence. 0145 (11): Outdoor play space does not have a self latching or self closing gate. 0145 (1): Outdoor play space has broken boards on steps on staircase and in fence.
